My Pigbybank is damaged. What should I do?
If your Pigbybank is damaged when it arrives please check the instructions on the despatch note that came with it. To get a replacement or refund, you should return your Pigbybank within 21 days of receiving it. To do this, simply remove the return address label from the despatch note and attach it to the parcel. Then complete the correct section on the despatch note, giving the reason for returning your Pigbybank and stating whether you want a refund or a replacement. Make a note of your customer number, which is located below your name and address, and pop the completed form in the parcel before sending it back.
