How do I claim my free Pigbybank?

1. You’ll need your unique Pigbybank code, which you can find in the welcome pack/email you received from us. Go to the Get your Pigbybank here page of this website and enter the number, and your postcode, in the correct fields.
2. Your name and address should come up, please check these carefully.
3. If you would like to have your Pigbybank sent to a different address, please tick the box and give us the address you want your Pigbybank sent to.
4. Read and accept the terms and conditions, then click 'submit'.


I can't find my Pigbybank code or My Pigbybank code isn’t working

The Pigbybank code is a ten digit number included in the welcome email or welcome pack you received from us. If you can’t locate the Pigbybank code or the code isn’t working, please contact us on 0345 1130 101. You can reach us Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm and 10am – 1pm on Saturday


Are some children too young for a Pigbybank?

Pigbybanks are only suitable for children aged 3 and over.


How long do I have to claim my free Pigbybank?

You have 6 months from the day you received your welcome pack/email to claim your free Pigbybank.


How much money will fit in a Pigbybank?

That depends which coins you put in. If you were to use only pennies your Pigbybank will hold £4.67, but it’ll hold £314 worth of £2 coins. Assuming you save a mixture of coins, the average amount a Pigbybank will hold is £65.


How long will my Pigbybank take to arrive?

Your Pigbybank should arrive within 28 days. If it doesn’t, please contact the helpline on 0345 1130 101.


Can I get another Pigbybank?

Each new First Saver customer is entitled to one free Pigbybank. If you want another Pigbybank you can buy them online by clicking here.


My Pigbybank is damaged. What should I do?

We aim to get your Pigbybank to you in perfect condition. However, if your Pigbybank arrives damaged or faulty, please call our Helpline on 0345 1130 101. We will aim to send you a replacement within 28 days (subject to availability).

We may ask you to return your damaged or faulty Pigbybank to us (with an explanation of the damage/fault) to the following address:

SR9 9XZ.

Returns need to be received within 21 days of initial receipt.
